RETURN POLICY
Goods shall be returned only under the following conditions:
- The return of unsealed/Opened/Used products will not be accepted.
- The sales return of temperature-controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature-controlled eye drops, chocolates, etc.) will not be accepted by Seller, except if it’s received as damaged at the time of delivery.
- Masks and similar products are excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.
- Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a damaged condition, has missing parts, defective or differ from the product description.
- Products will only be returned within a defined time frame from the delivery of the product.
- Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was damaged in transition and not while in your possession;
- the product has to be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- Products may not be eligible for return if the buyer has ordered an incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product itself.
- Products tagged as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same brand/manufacturer has the exact same item in stock.
- If the replacement request is placed and the brand/manufacturer does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
